Twenty years in the field of education — as teacher, principal and trustee — carried alongside a life in writing: textbooks for students, editorials for a weekly, and lyrics for their own sake.
The Ethos
Syed Abdul Sabir is an educator with two decades in the field, holding M.Com, MBA and M.Phil degrees. He spent twelve years as Managing Director of Beacon Academy for Excellence and six years as Principal of Almighty PU & Degree College before taking up his present roles.
Today he serves as Secretary of St. Xavier's Educational Trust and Principal of St. Xavier's Degree College, edits the English weekly The Masterpiece, and chairs the Wish Helping Hand Trust. His work rests on a single belief: that education is the major contributor to the development of both the self and society.

The Lyricist
Writing lyrics is his standing hobby — words weighed for rhythm rather than for the syllabus, and lines carried in a notebook until they find their melody. A selection of his songs can be heard below.

Wish Helping Hand Trust
As Founder Chairman, he enrols dropouts and students from underprivileged and economically backward families directly into SSLC and PUC courses, taught free of cost, so that they can complete the course and carry on to build a career.
